Trainees of the Ghana Football Association's free License D coaching course in the Upper East Region participated in an important integrity training session as part of their curriculum.

This session, aimed at promoting honesty and ethical conduct within the sport, was held alongside their coaching modules.

The integrity training focused on upholding the values of fair play, transparency, and accountability.

It covered critical topics such as match-fixing prevention, ethical decision-making in coaching, and maintaining professional standards in football. Trainees were encouraged to lead by example both on and off the field.

This initiative reflects the GFA's commitment to not only improving the technical skills of grassroots coaches but also ensuring they embody the principles of integrity and fairness.

By equipping coaches with knowledge on ethical practices, the GFA seeks to build a solid foundation for the development of football in the country.

The training concluded with discussions on how integrity can be maintained at various levels of football, from grassroots to professional levels.
