Match Officials for thrilling weekend Beach Soccer games announced

The sun, sand, and soccer are set to collide once again in a spectacular fashion this weekend as beach soccer enthusiasts prepare for the start of an action-packed series of matches in the 2024 season.

This weekend’s opening round of matches promises a unique blend of competitive spirit, drawing fans and families to the sandy shores of Laboma Beach in Accra and the Ada Beach Soccer Arena.

The Referees Committee of the Ghana Football Association has announced the match officials for the weekend’s opening matches.

In Zone One, Emmanuel Jones, Emmanuel Baidoo Mensah, and Daniel Vormawor will all be in action as match officials and will be joined on the day by Gideon Aterh Aduteye and Princella Klove.

The match commissioner for Zone One is William Lante Quaye.

In Zone 2, Abraham Lincoln Ahudey, Divine Asare Gyampo, Samuel Quantson, and Portia Oppong will be the match officials, with Paul Aggrey as the match commissioner.

The matches will be played on Saturday, June 8, 2024, and Sunday, June 9, 2024, in Zone One and Zone 2, respectively.
