Medeama SC thrashed New Edubiase 3-0 in their First Capital Premier League Week 11 match played at the Tarkwa T&A Park.

Medeama forward Nathaniel Asamoah scored twice after Malik Akowuah's opener.

Malik Akowuah's 13th minute strike gave Medeama an early lead as the home side held on to the lead till the end of the first half.

Nathaniel Asamoah struck twice in the second half to give Medeama a comfortable 3-0 victory.

Asamoah has now taken his goal tally to seven(7), one behind Hearts of Oak's Gilbert Fiamenyo.

Meanwhile at the Dansoman Carl Reindorf park, Great Olympics stunned Liberty Professionals 1-0 in their weekend clash.
