Mfantseman Royal Ladies have been confirmed as Central Regional Women's Division One champions after walloping Mahuja Ladies 11-0 on the final match day at the Abaasa Astro Turf.
"The samba" girls went through the season unbeaten and finished top of league log after amassing 34 points at the end of the season.
The team commenced the season on a blistering note with an emphatic 6-0 win over Socrates Maidens beat Effutuakwa Ladies by 11-0 before whitewashing Mahujah Ladies 12-0 on the road.
The fast rising Saltpond based team won 11 games and drew just a game out of 12 matches, scoring an incredible 73 goals and conceded 4.
Black Princesses midfield gem Beline Nyarkoh who is also captain of the side registered 19 goals to emerged the Regional top-scorer.
As Regional champions, Mfantseman Royals will represent the Central Region at the Southern Zonal championship to be held in Sogakope from 6th to 15th of June,2024.
