St. Mirren have completed the trio of teams to play in next season's premier league after rounding up their Zone III qualifiers 3-0 over Fair Point at the Robert Mensah stadium in Cape Coast on Sunday.
There was still a place to fill in the top flight league before Sunday's round of matches with Saint Mirren, Royal Knights and Power FC all remaining in the hunt to seal the sole place.
But it was Mirren who had the last laugh as they claimed the sole place to play their debut season in the premiership.
A brace by Mahatma Otoo and a Mawuli Tuglo goal helped Mirren reach the elite division as they finished the zone tops.
The other game saw Power FC beat Royal Knights 3-1.
The two premiership places were settled last Wednesday as Bechem Chelsea and Sekondi Eleven Wise both booked their places in the top flight league on the final day of qualifiers from their zones.
Bechem Chelsea sealed their place from Zone I after beating former premiership campaigners, BA United 1-0 in the regional derby played at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
Sekondi Eleven Wise managed to stage a return to the premiership from the Zone II after a over a decade’s absence, beating Samartex 2-0 at the El-Wak Stadium.
