Four astute goalkeepers have been nominated for the goalkeeper of the month in April after being impressive and guarding the post for their respective teams in the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League.

Osman Huzeimah of Jonina Ladies made the short list after showing a brilliant performance for her side in the month under review. She kept the post in four matches, recorded two clean sheets, conceded two goals, and had two draws.

Rita Boamah of Police Ladies also kept three clean sheets, conceded a goal, won two matches, and drew two out of four matches played in the month of April.

Grace Andoh of Soccer Intellectuals also had an impressive run as she managed to assist her side to secure a win, kept three clean sheets, drew two, and lost one game in the month of April.

Lydia Asagpo of Pearlpia Ladies kept two clean sheets, conceded three goals,won two matches, drew one, and lost one in the month of April.

The winner of Goalkeeper of the Month goes home with a brand new glove from RG and a goalkeeper training kit.
