Northern Regional FA Congress set for October 19

The Northern Regional Football Association (NRFA) is preparing to hold its Ordinary Congress on Saturday, October 19, 2024.

This important event will take place at the GNAT Hall, starting at 9:30 am.

To be chaired by NRFA Chairman Alhaji Abu-Hassan Mahamadu (Rhyzo), the Congress will serve as a key moment in the NRFA calendar, signalling the beginning of discussions that will shape the 2024/25 football season in the region.

Key stakeholders, including club representatives, referees, and other affiliated football community members, will convene to discuss crucial issues affecting regional football.

In addition to setting the direction for the upcoming season, the Congress will tackle various administrative, developmental, and financial matters aimed at improving the football landscape in Northern Region.

The decisions made at this Congress will create a roadmap for effectively organizing and running competitions at all levels, including youth football initiatives, women's football, and grassroots programs in the region.
