The official Ghana Premier League table confirms the relegation of Nations FC, Hohoe United, and Eleven Wonders to the Division One League following the end of the 2025-26 season.
Nations FC finished 16th with 44 points. The Abrankese-based club gained promotion to the Ghana Premier League ahead of the 2023-24 season, but after three campaigns in the top flight, they failed to survive on the final day.
The two promoted sides this season, Eleven Wonders and Hohoe United, have also suffered immediate relegation.
At the top of the table, Medeama SC were crowned champions with 62 points, while Gold Stars finished second with 60 points. Hearts of Oak secured third place with 54 points, and Dreams FC climbed into the top four with 52 points after beating Basake Holy Stars on the final day of the season.
Among the promoted clubs, only Swedru All Blacks survived relegation, sealing their safety with a 2-1 away victory over Asante Kotoko on the final day.
