After last week’s loss to Hasaacas, table toppers AshantiGold hope to return to their winning habits in a big match against the second placed Aduana Stars.

AshGold will be at the Len Clay Stadium, where they are yet to lose a home match this season, to welcome the Stars.

A win by Aduana would bring them within two points of the top seed, while a win by AshGold would bring them to the 40-point mark in the standings.

In a Greater Accra derby, Great Olympics will travel to the Tema Sports Stadium to take on Inter Allies. This match has the makings of one with great impact on the current standings.

Inter-Allies are currently sit at 10th in the standings but a win could bring them into 4th place, which, barring a Kotoko win, would bring them ahead of the reigning champions.

Olympics however will continue to fight to get out of a relegated position at the bottom of the standings with a win, which would be their second in a row.

8th ranked Asante Kotoko travels to the Tarkwa T & A Stadium to take on 7th ranked Medeama SC.

With the teams tied in points this will be a battle of mid-table teams hoping to climb as high 3rd in the standings.

The Porcupine warriors seek to remain on the winning path having won last week’s match, despite losing three of their last five.

Bechem United hosts the Liberty professionals at Nana Gyeabour’s Park in Brong-Ahafo.

Liberty seeks to wash the memory of last week’s loss to Great Olympics because a win would bring them into the second position in the standings, and hopefully break them away from the four-team pack tied at 30 points.

Bechem hopes to jump climb to 29 points with a win and into the 7th seed at mid-table.

BA United is on the road to take on Wa All Stars at Wa Sports Stadium in Upper West, in what proves to be an important match for All Stars.

Currently ranked 3rd in the standings a win could bring them ahead of the Aduana Stars they happen to lose, or bring the two teams to a tie at 33 points with an Aduana tie and an All Stars win.

BA United hopes to experience their first win since Week 14.

Coming of their big win in the President’s Cup, Hearts of Oak seek to continue their moment at home in Ohene Djan Stadium against Hasaacas.

With the teams so close in points (Hearts with 26 and Hasaacas with 28) the Hearts hope to jump Hasaacas in the standings and solidify their position as a mid-table team.

As Heart of Lions travel to take on WAFA in the Volta regional derby, they have their focus set on excluding themselves from the relegation talks.

They currently sit at 14th in the standings at 25 points, placing them in the apex of the relegation trio. A win would bring them as high as 7th, while even a tie would bring them into a four-way tie at 26 points with Hearts of Oak, Bechem United and Edubiase FC if those three team were to lose their matches.

Berekum Chelsea defends Golden City Park against Edubiase FC. Both teams tied in last week’s matches but a win by either this week will have the potential to shift both teams into much higher spots than they currently sit.

Berekum Chelsea has the opportunity to claim the second place position with a win, while Edubiase can climb as many as six positions to 7th place with a win of their own.
