The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the qualified teams for the final tournament of the African Schools Football Championship (Girls), set to take place at the University of Ghana sports stadium from April 21-26, 2025.
Eight teams from across the continent will compete for the coveted title: They are, Ghana, Morocco, Malawi, DR Congo, Uganda, The Gambia, South Africa and Benin.
These teams have emerged from a series of qualifying rounds and are set to participate in the final phase of the tournament in Ghana. The tournament also seeks to encourage participation in football among young girls and promote the values of sportsmanship and teamwork.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) is working closely with CAF to ensure a successful and memorable tournament.
