The Women’s Division One Zonal Championship playoff will kick off on Friday, July and end on Sunday, July 23, 2023 across two venues.

Matches in the Northern Zone will be hosted in Kumasi while Kyebi hosts the Southern Zone playoffs. Draw format for the games are in two groups. The Northern zone is represented by Group A and the Southern Zone is represented by group B.
