League leaders Hasaacas Ladies continued their fine form with a solitary win over strugglers Essiam Socrates on the road. Goalkeeper Millicent Mensah's howler gifted the visitors the win. Despite saving some sticky situations for her side, Millicent failed to deal with a harmless ball from the foot of Mary Opoku Ndali. Socrates had an overwhelmingly dominance over their opponent in the second half but could not translate their dominance into goals as the Sekondi ladies cruised to a win.

In Accra, Police Ladies defeated Soccer Intellectuals in a four goal thriller Saturday. Deborah Afriyie broke the deadlock on the 29th minute as Police Ladies scored the first goal but Mary Awuah Boateng scored in the closing seconds of the first half to equalize for the visitors.

Police Ladies made a substitution at the start of the second half with Priscilla Domfeh coming in for Salamatu Azusiwine Ayambire. Juanita Aguadze scored the second goal for Police Ladies in the 68th minute before Deborah Afriyie put the game beyond Soccer Intellectuals with the match winner and her second of the day.

Elsewhere in Elmina, Bottom placed Sea Lions beat Berry Ladies 5-2 at the Dr. Nduom stadium. Striker Ellen Quarcoo put the home side ahead after 25 minutes but saw her goal cancelled by Comfort Yeboah as the first half ended 1-1.

An Alamisi Atampaga hat-trick and a goal from Hannah Dornor made sure Sea Lions grabbed all the needed three points at home.

Both teams were reduced to 10 ladies in the 70th minutes after Ellen Quarcoo and Comfort Yeboah received straight red cards following a heated altercation. Sea Lions had taken just two points from their previous ten games, losing eight times and drawing two games in the process But their long-awaited first victory will give them renewed hope in the remaining gamers of the season.

They remain at the bottom of the table with five points after eleven league matches, while, Berry Ladies bow to a second consecutive League defeat following last weekends home loss to Army Ladies.
