Aduana Stars' hopes of a win at the Tarkwa T&A Park on Sunday in the Glo Premier League was undone as Wassaman rallied back to draw 1-1.

Richard Arhin gave the visitors a 1-0 lead three minutes into the start of the second half in a tense match which saw Aduana pick up five bookings before the dismissal of Seth Opare.

However, Wassaman took advantage of their numerical strength to draw level in the 78th minute when Shaffiu Mumuni scored the equaliser.

The draw will hand Wassaman some of playing themselves out of the relegation zone as they are three points adrift the team placed 13th on the log.
