Ghana's U-17 women’s team after two emphatic wins have booked their ticket to the 2010 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
The Black Maidens after securing a massive win in the first leg back in Accra where they thrashed Tunisia 7-0 followed up in Tunis on Sunday and were just three goals short of the first result as they won 4-0 this time round.
The double earns Ghana an 11-0 aggregate scoreline and a place at the World Cup to be hosted by Trinidad and Tobago later in September.
Nigeria is the other side to pick one of the two qualifying places.
Ghana will be making a second successive appearance at the World Cup with coach Abraham Allotey also achieving a double with the U-17 side having guided the Black Maidens to their debut tournament two years ago in New Zealand.
