The Black Maidens delivered an emphatic performance on Thursday, thrashing Accryton Ladies 7-0 in a preparatory friendly at the Accra Sports Stadium as the team stepped up preparations for the decisive FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup qualifier against Senegal.
Accrington Stanley Football Club, a women’s division side based in the United Kingdom are on a training tour in Ghana and the friendly was part of coach Joe Nana Adarkwa's final plans ahead of Saturday's crucial return leg.
