The Black Meteors will train on Tuesday evening as they focus on Friday’s African U-23 Cup of Nations opening match against Cameroon.

The Ghanaian contingent made up of 19 players, technical staff and some officials arrived in Cairo on Monday evening.

Winner of the competition and the two runner ups will gain automatic qualification to the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Ghana who are playing this competition for the first time is determined to make it to the group stage and qualify for the Olympic games after 15 years since the country last participated in the Olympics.
