The Football Association is set to host the 2026 FIFA Global Football Development Programme on Amateur Football Environment Analysis, bringing together key stakeholders and leading football development experts for a two-day engagement in Accra.
The programme will take place at the Alisa Hotel in Accra, with two FIFA Technical Experts, Ali Mwebe and Serame Ezekiel Letsoaka, who is in charge of Amateur Football in Africa, leading the sessions with support from the GFA Technical Directorate.
GFA President and CAF Second Vice President, Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku, is expected to address the programme alongside the Football Association’s General Secretary, Prosper Harrison-Addo.
The engagement will mark the first major conference appearance by the GFA President following his chairmanship of the 32nd Ordinary Congress of the Ghana Football Association.
The two-day programme is expected to provide a valuable platform for stakeholders across the football ecosystem to exchange ideas, share experiences and explore practical strategies for strengthening amateur football development.
