Day two of the ongoing specialised GFA/FIFA Capacity Building Workshop at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampam has been more engaging as lectures were delivered on series of managerial skills.
Participants were taken through Strategic Planning-Presentation, Practical Application, Framework and Tools, Safe Guarding, Football Integrity before breaking into groups to tackle Empathy Map and SWOT Analysis, Gap Analysis and Action Planning.
