Debibi United Coach Isaac Nii Armah confident ahead of Playoff final against Tamale City
Debibi United head coach Isaac Nii Armah has assured fans of the club’s readiness as they prepare for Wednesday’s crucial Access Bank Division One League playoff against Tamale City.
Armah expressed confidence in his side’s mentality ahead of the clash at the Accra Sports Stadium, insisting his players are fully motivated for the big game.
“We are calm, relaxed, and fully prepared for the game. We cannot underrate our opponents because they have Premier League experience, but we are focused and determined,” he said.
“On paper, people may see us as favourites, but we know the job is not done yet. We will go all out for the win to honour the people of Debibi because they deserve Premier League football.”
Armah, who took charge of Debibi United this season after leaving Techiman Liberty Youth, is aiming to make history by guiding the club to the Ghana Premier League for the first time.
The winner of Wednesday’s playoff will secure the final promotion slot to the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
