Young Apostles FC finished the season as champions of Zone One having won the playoff game against Zone One A leaders Techiman Heroes.

Automatically, Techiman Heroes came second in the Zone and there will be another playoff between Victory Club Warriors and Techiman Liberty Youth to determine the third placed team in the Zone.

Wa Suntaa, Maana FC, Berekum City and Brong Ahafo United suffered relegation in Zone One after finishing in the bottom two in Zone A & Zone One B respectively. There shall be a playoff between Steadfast FC and Eleven Wonders to determine the 5th team to be relegated in Zone One.
