Harrison Afful has joined up with Ghana team mates in camp for Friday's 2014 FIFA World Cup Group D qualifier against Lesotho.
The Esperance defender arrived in Kumasi on Tuesday after jetting in from the Ghana capital, Accra in the afternoon.
Afful will have his first training session on Wednesday morning as he completes the final 24-man squad selected by head coach Kwesi Appiah.
And his arrival presents the Ghana coach with more options defensively.
Ghana plays the Basotho's on Friday at the Baba Yara Stadium in the second round stage of the continental qualifying for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
The opening Group D fixture will be followed up by an away fixture against Zambia on June 9 before the qualifiers goes on a long break to return next year.
