Head coach of the Senior Women National team, Nora Häuptle was over the weekend received warmly at Ricci Stadium, the home grounds of U.S Sassuolo Calcio in the Italian Women Serie A, as she witness a game between the team and Fiorentina.

Fruitful discussions of mutual benefit were held between coach Nora and the teams’ Women Director Alessandro Terzi and the Secretary Giorgio Gagliardi.

The opportunity was also used to monitor Black Queens hopeful, Bénédicte Simon who featured for U.S Sassulo Calcio in the second half and was involved in the last minute game decider.

The game thus ended 1:0 in favor of U.S Sassulo Calcio.

Nora Häuptle is keen on building a formidable side for the Black Queens ahead of the Women African Cup of Nations, Morocco 2024.
