The Black Stars have left their training base in the United Arab Emirates enroute to Gabon for the 2017 African Cup of Nations.

The senior national team could not travel to Gabon on Friday January 13 as scheduled due to bad weather conditions.

The team therefore had to wait till Saturday morning to depart their base to the host country for the tournament.

Coach Avram Grant and his squad will arrive in Libreville later on Saturday before they move to Port Gentil where they will be based for the Group phase.

Ghana is in Group D and will face Uganda, Mali and Egypt in the group stage.
