Ghana will play Sudan in the final Group I fixture in the 2012 African Nations Cup qualifying on Saturday, October 8, Caf confirmed today.
The continental governing body had earlier stated that each group’s final round qualifiers will start simultaneously.
Caf today released the fixture dates and kick off times as the qualifying for the 28th Orange African Nations Cup to be co-hosted by Gabon-Equatorial Guinea comes to an end with the last matches in every group.
According to Caf, the Black Stars' last Group I fixture in Khartoum will kick off at 13h00 GMT with Congo taking on Swaziland at the same time.
The Black Stars lead on goal difference, despite level on points with the Desert Hawks, 13 points apiece while Congo are on 3 points and Swaziland with no points after five games.
A total of 22 matches will take place on the weekend of 08-09 October in 11 groups, with 10 places still up for grabs.
