The Elite U15 Boys Championship at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence (GSCE) is set for an action-packed Match Day 2, with key fixtures that promise to shape the tournament's progression.

Group B: Central Region makes competitive debut

In the first game of Match Day 2, Central Region will play their opening competitive match against Brong Ahafo Region in Group B. Brong Ahafo, after a tough start in their previous match, will look to secure their first win, while Central Region aims to begin their campaign on a strong note.

Still in Group B, a highly anticipated clash between Volta Region and Greater Accra Region is on the cards. Both teams won their opening games, and a victory in this match could see one of them solidify their position at the top of the group.

Group A: Ashanti Region Faces Northern Region Showdown

In Group A, Western Region will go head-to-head with Upper East Region as they seek their first points in the tournament. Upper East Region, having narrowly lost in their opening game, will be eager to bounce back with a win.

Later in the day, Ashanti Region will lock horns with Northern Region in a battle for the top spot in Group A. Both sides secured victories in their first matches, making this clash a critical encounter that could determine the frontrunner in the group.

In addition to the competitive matches, Eastern Region and Upper West Region will face off in the day's reserve fixture. Although this game does not contribute to the points tally, it offers both teams an opportunity to fine-tune their strategies and provide valuable match experience for their players.

The Elite U15 Boys Championship is part of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme which aims at providing a platform for young football talents from across Ghana to showcase their skills and continue their development in a competitive environment.
