Match Day 4 of the Elite U15 Boys Championship saw Greater Accra Region and Upper West Region secure crucial results in Group B fixtures.

In the opening match, Greater Accra Region edged out Brong Ahafo Region with a slender 1-0 victory, courtesy of a decisive strike from Emmanuel Wilson.

The win allowed Greater Accra to draw level with Volta Region at the top of the Group B standings, both holding 9 points. Despite the loss, Gideon Gyabaah of Brong Ahafo Region was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for his impressive performance.

In the other Group B encounter, Upper West Region and Central Region battled to a 1-1 draw in regulation time. Osman Hamdan put Upper West ahead before Central Region's Obodai Samuel equalized, setting up a dramatic conclusion.

The match eventually went to penalties, where Upper West Region emerged victorious. Osman Hamdan, who scored during regulation time, was named the MVP for his efforts.
