GFA Appoints AESL as Consultants for Accommodation Project at Technical Centre

The Ghana Football Association has appointed Architectural and Engineering Services Limited as consultants for the construction of a 40-bed accommodation facility at the GFA Technical Centre in Prampram.

Under the consultancy agreement, AESL will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including the pre-contract, construction, and post-construction phases. The consultancy mandate covers design adaptation, architectural and engineering reviews, procurement processes, contract award administration, construction supervision, quality assurance, cost control, and the final handover of the completed facility to the Football Association.

The project is aimed at providing modern accommodation facilities that meet international standards while enhancing the operational capacity of the Technical Centre.

The GFA is looking forward to working closely with AESL to deliver this landmark project, to provide state-of-the-art accommodation and support facilities at the Prampram Technical Centre for the national teams and visiting delegates to programs.

The GFA believes the project represents another important step in strengthening football infrastructure and supporting the long-term development of football in Ghana.
