Ghana and fourteen other nations have confirmed their places at the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations after the final round matches produced upsets on the continent.

CAF will decide on one match after the clash between Senegal and Ivory Coast was abandoned with the Elephants leading 2-0 before crowd trouble caused the match to be ended in Dakar.

However, the Black Stars joined hosts, South Africa after beating Malawi over two legs, sealing a 3-0 aggregate result.

Other qualifiers are champions Zambia, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Niger, Mali, Togo, Burkina Faso, Angola, Cape Verde, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia.

Among the shocks over the weekend was Cameroon, who suffered a mighty upset when they lost to Cape Verde, who qualified for the tournament for the first time.

Ethiopia, who beat Sudan 2-0 in Addis Ababa go through on the away goal rule following a 5-3 defeat in the first leg as they end a 30-year wait to qualify for the Nations Cup.

The 2013 Africa Cup of Nations draw will be held in Durban on 24 October.
