GNPC are eager to see their partnership with the Black Stars bring about success, with a third consecutive World Cup qualification the target.
In their bid to boost the players for next week's crucial World Cup qualifier against Egypt, headline sponsors of the national team, GNPC, have announced 50% per cent increment on the winning bonuses for the match.
This was announced by Mr Ato Ahwoi, the Board Chairman of Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), and the new Chief Executive of the company Alex Mould when they met the Black Stars over dinner .
The move is meant to complement government's winning bonuses for the Black Stars to ensure that they secure an emphatic victory over the Pharaohs in the first-leg playoff match in Kumasi on 15 October.
