Greater Accra RFA Pays Courtesy Call On Regional Minister

A delegation from the Greater Accra Regional Football Association (RFA) has paid a working visit to the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Hon. Linda Ohenewaa Akweley Ocloo.

The delegation was led by RFA Chairman, Samuel Aboabiri, and included Vice Chairman Gabriel Godwin Kwao, Competitions Manager George Aforklenyuie, RFA Executive Council member Michael Fiaduse and other staff members of the RFA.

The visit aimed at strengthening ties between the RFA and the regional administration, as well as discussing ways to develop grassroots and community football within the region.

During the meeting, the RFA leadership highlighted ongoing projects, challenges, and opportunities in regional football, particularly in areas of youth development, infrastructure, and competitions.

The minister, in turn, expressed her commitment to supporting sports development and encouraged more collaborations to enhance football in the Greater Accra Region.

The visit marks an important step in fostering a strong partnership between the regional government and the football governing body, ensuring continued growth and development of the sport at all levels.
