Athletic Bilbao forward Inaki Williams has joined the Black Stars squad to prepare for the Africa Cup of Nations Cote D'Ivoire 2023.

The attacker arrived in Kumasi on Friday, January 5, 2024 after recovering from an illness that delayed his trip from Bilbao to Accra to join the squad in readiness for the continents flagship competition.  Inaki took part in full training later on Friday.

The 29-year old has represented Ghana twelve times and scored one goal.
