Jonina Ladies booked their place in the Women's FA Cup quarterfinal with a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Sissamba Ladies, courtesy of a brace from star striker Eunice Kpenteey. In the 21st minute, Jonina Ladies broke the deadlock through Eunice Kpentee, who kept her composure and slotted the ball past the Sissamba goalkeeper to give her team a crucial lead. Sissamba Ladies pressed hard for an equalizer throughout the second half, creating several half-chances, but Jonina's defense held firm. As the match entered stoppage time, Kpenteey struck again to seal the victory in the 90th minute for Jonina Ladies.
Elsewhere Fosu Royal Ladies defeated Ashtown Ladies 3-0 to progress. Belinda Agyei converted from the spot to give Fosu Royal Ladies a 25th minute lead. Patricia Agyei doubled her side's lead in the 45th minute to end the first half 2-0 in favor of the hosts.
Ashtown Ladies started the second half strongly, dictating the pace and making serious incursions into the goal area of Fosu Royal Ladies, but they couldn’t utilize their chances. Racheal Ankamaah scored the third goal for the home team in the 74th minute to take the game beyond the Kumasi-based side.
