Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoo works as Technical Study Group member at ongoing Women's Champions League

Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoo is working for the Confederation of African Football (CAF) as a member of the Technical Study Group for the ongoing TotalEnergies Women’s Champions League in Cote D’Ivoire.

The CAF Technical Study Group is formed based on recommendations from the Technical Committees and Member Associations - their primary responsibility will be to make technical analysis in the course of the tournament and present reports to CAF to develop a technical report of the tournament.

The former Ghana Coach is expected to bring to bear her vast knowledge in Women’s football coaching and assessment during the tournament.

She is based in San Pedro and will be working closely with other study group members on Ampem Darkoa Ladies, AS FAR Club, Huracanes FC and AS Mande in Group B.

Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoo, a retired FIFA Referee represented Ghana at the International level and was part of the team that qualified Ghana to the 1999 and 2003 FIFA Women’s World Cup in the United States of America.
