NJC Holds Successful Meeting with Elite U15 Boys Championship Committee Leadership

The National Juvenile Committee (NJC) held a successful meeting with the leadership of the Elite U15 Boys Championship Committee on Thursday, at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Boardroom.

The meeting, aimed at fine-tuning key details ahead of the championship, was attended by top officials from both committees.

Eugene Noel Nobel, Chairman of the Elite U15 Boys Championship Committee and a member of the GFA Executive Council, was present alongside other key stakeholders.

The session was chaired by JoeSalaam Abubakar, 1st Vice Chairman of the NJC, with members such as Michael Kwabla Fiaduse, Amidu Abdulai (Camarat), Head of Competitions Maxwell Caesar Kemeh, and Secretary to the Committee, Tophic Abdul Kadir, in attendance.

The meeting addressed crucial matters, including the eligibility criteria for teams participating in the championship, the reporting time for teams during competitions, and the synchronization of roles between the Regional Football Association (RFA) Coordinator, the Competitions Department, and the Elite U15 Boys Championship Committee.

The agenda also covered important topics such as squad lists, the deadline for submissions, and procedures for handling disqualifications and sanctions.

The Elite U15 Boys Championship is set to kick off on October 16, 2024, at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampram.

The meeting’s outcome has laid a solid foundation for a successful tournament, ensuring that all operational details are in place for smooth execution.
