Nsoatre to host 2024 Division One League Super Cup competition

In an exciting development for football enthusiasts across the Brong Ahafo Football Region, Nsoatre has been chosen to be the proud host of the 2024 edition of the Division One League (DOL) Super Cup competition.

This decision marks a significant milestone, as it will be the first time the Region will be staging this prestigious event.

The selection of Nsoatre as the host venue aligns with the strategic vision of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to rotate the tournament annually, ensuring equitable distribution and participation of fans across the country.

Previous editions have showcased the diverse landscapes and vibrant football culture of the country, with the inaugural edition being held in the Greater Accra Region at the Madina AstroTurf and the McDan La Town Park, followed by the Eastern Region in Kyebi, and the third edition in Kumasi at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.

The competition format will see the best third-placed teams and the top two teams from each zone battling it out for the coveted championship title, setting the stage for fierce competition and thrilling matches.

Excitement is already building as anticipation mounts for the official kick-off of the tournament. Football fans can look forward to thrilling action, nail-biting encounters, and moments of sheer brilliance as teams compete for supremacy.

The tournament will kick-off on 29th July, 2024 and run till 13th August, 2024.
