Lower-tier side Rootz Sistaz shocked giants Ampem Darkoa Ladies as they knocked out the former champions 4-3 on penalties to make a semi-final berth in the club's history. The Techiman-based side started the game as favourites, but the resolute defence of the hosts denied them on countless occasions. The regulation time ended 1-1, which took the game to penalties, and Rootz Sistaz won 4-3 on penalties to knock out the former champions.

Jonina Ladies thrash Sung Shining Ladies 5-1 to book semis spot

The Wa Multipurpose Youth Resource Center played host to a thrilling quarterfinal match between Sung Shining Ladies FC and Jonina Ladies FC. The visitors, Jonina Ladies FC, put on a dominant display, securing a convincing 5-1 victory over their opponents to book their seat in the semi-finals of the coveted domestic Cup. Jonina Ladies FC took the lead in the 15th minute through Eunice Kpenteey's strike and then doubled their advantage five minutes later, courtesy of Felicity Asante's goal. Kpenteey scored her second of the match in the 33rd minute, further increasing Jonina Ladies' lead to a dominant 3-0 before recess. Sung Shining Ladies were awarded a penalty in the 75th minute, which Karim Farida converted to reduce the deficit. However, Jonina Ladies responded swiftly, with Joyce Atimbila joining the goal feast. Abigail Appiah sealed the win for the visitors with a late goal in the one-sided game.

In Tamale, Northern Ladies lost at home to Faith Ladies on penalties. The game had few chances from both sides, which saw the regulation and extra time end goalless, taking the match to penalties. Northern Ladies joined the list of casualties in the 2024/25 Women's FA Cup as they became the first team to be eliminated in the Quarter Finals. They join a list of five casualties so far, coming a day after Wa All Stars were eliminated from the competition. The home side, Northern Ladies, missed two of their five kicks, while Faith Ladies missed one of their kicks to book a slot in the semi-finals.

In Sekondi Hasaacas Ladies edged out Fosu Royal Ladies to make it to the semi-finals with a narrow win. Hasaacas Ladies looked more experienced than the visitors, who came with very young and energetic players. The home side pushed forward for the opener but couldn’t find the back of the net until a mistake by the defender of the visitors resulted in a penalty, which was converted beautifully by Fiduous Yakubu in the 24th minute. The second half was full of action and tension as the visitors surged for the equalizer, while the home side also pressed on to add more goals, but luck eluded them.
