Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah has named a 21-man Ghana squad which includes two fresh call-ups for the return fixture against Malawi in the qualifying for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.
Espanyol's Mubarak Wakaso and Asante Kotoko midfielder Daniel Nii Adjei have both been handed their first senior invitations for the game in Lilongwe on 13th October.
A host of stars make a return to the squad as Ghana seeks to qualify for next year's finals in South Africa after winning the first leg 2-0 at home last month.
John Paintsil leads the quintet of players making a return to the squad after his last outing for the national team came in March this year. Also returning to the Black Stars are David Addy, Jonathan Mensah, Rabiu Mohammed and goalkeeper Philemon McCarthy.
