Women's Premier League: Four Players nominated for NASCO Player of the Month for April

Four exceptional players from the Malta Guinness Women's Premier League have made the short list for the "NASCO Player of the Month" award after impeccable displays for their respective teams in April.

Ampem Darkoa Ladies striker, Ophelia Serwaa Amponsah, earned a nomination for her exceptional performance. She was on the score sheet seven times (7 goals) in six matches and won two Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards.

Matilda Bless Fodu of Jonina Ladies also made the shortlist for the month of April for her scintillating performance. The midfielder netted twice (2 goals) in 4 matches and was awarded the Most Valuable Player (MVP) in a game.

Hasaacas Ladies centre forward Mukarama Abdulai was also in top form for her side. The former World U17 Golden Boot winner netted twice( 2 goals) in 4 matches played in the month of April.

Zeinab Haruna of Tamale Super Ladies completes the list of nominees with 2 goals in 4 matches and was awarded the Most Valuable Player (MVP) in a game.

The winner of the ‘NASCO Player of the Month’ takes home a 32-inch NASCO television set from Electroland Ghana Limited, distributors of NASCO electronic brands in Ghana.
