Benjamin Asare will start in goal as Ghana takes on Chad in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier in Accra. The Accra Hearts of Oak shot-stopper, who has been brilliant in the ongoing Ghana Premier League, earns his first cap after impressing the coach in training.

In defense are Kingsley Schindler, Gideon Mensah, Salisu Mohammed, and Alexander Djiku.

Ghana's midfield is manned by Thomas Partey and Ernest Nuamah, while Antoine Semenyo and and Inaki Williams operate on the wings with Mohammed Kudus deployed behind Captain Jordan Ayew.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier is scheduled for a 19:00 kick-off at the Accra Sports Stadium.
