Central Region maintained their position at the top of Group A after Matchday Two of the Elite U17 Girls Championship. The defending champions lost their second game to Brong Ahafo 3-0 on penalties.

Greater Accra Region moved into second place after picking up their first win on Matchday Two.

In Group B, Ashanti Region continued their unbeaten run to stay top with six points.

They are closely followed by Northern Region, who also have six points. Upper West Region, Volta Region and the GFA Elite Academy sit bottom of Group B without a win after Matchday Two.
