The Black Princesses will go into the second of their 2016 World Cup qualifying tie against Equatorial Guinea with a goal advantage.

Wasila Diwura Soale scored in the 31st minute for Ghana in the match which was played in Malabo on Sunday.

Coach Mas Ud Dramani's side are expected to arrive in Accra on Monday to begin preparations for the second leg match which will be played in Ghana in a fortnight.

Winner of the tie will advance to the final round of the qualifiers which will played next month.

The FIFA U-20 female World Cup will be hosted by Papua New Guinea next year.
