Sellas Tetteh and his Black Satellites depart for Tamale, in the northern part of the country ahead of their return fixture against Sierra Leone in the qualifying for the Africa Youth Championship.
A 25-man playing squad were joined by technical members of the team on the journey, Friday morning.
Ghana lead 2-0 from the first leg in Bo ahead of the return leg on Saturday, 24 May at the Tamale Stadium.
The Black Satellites need a positive result to advance to the last round of qualifying for a place at the finals to be staged by Senegal next year.
Fourteen teams will compete for the seven slots available at the finals.
Ghana are three-time winners of the Championship and silver-medalists at the last finals.
