The Black Starlets Coaching staff have successfully completed their scouting mission in the Brong Ahafo Region. The team led by head coach Stephen Frimpong Manso, assessed hundreds of players in Sunyani, Goaso, and Techiman over a three day period. The Brong Ahafo Region proved to be a fertile ground for football talents, with several standout players identified. The scouting team will now head to the Northern Region for the next phase of the national scouting programme.
Talented footballers born after January 1, 2009, from Clubs across the Northern Region will gather in Tamale to showcase their skills.
Scouting Programme in Northern Region:
- Date: Saturday, February 22, 2025
- Location: Old Kaladan park in Tamale
- Date: Sunday, February 23 & Monday, February 24, 2025
- Location: Kulikuli Astro turf in Tamale
- Time: 8am each day
The scouting team will visit the Upper East and West regions to complete the Northern sector. Once this is done, we will roll out a programme for the Southern sector.
