Charles Bulu will officiate the third edition of the Democracy Cup between giants Asante Kotoko and rivals Accra Hearts of Oak, scheduled for Friday, August 28, 2026, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium at 4:00 p.m.

Premier League giants Accra Hearts of Oak SC and Asante Kotoko SC will battle each other in the 3rd edition of the Democracy Cup, which is being organised in commemoration of thirty-two years of parliamentary democracy in Ghana.

Charles Bulu will be assisted by Seth Abletor (Assistant I), Richard Nartey (Assistant II) and Julian Nunoo as Fourth Referee, with James Odoom serving as Match Commissioner.
