The Ex-national goalkeepers Union of Ghana (NEGU) have presented the goalkeeper of the month awards to the Ghana Football Association for the forthcoming 2024/25 Premier League season.
The items included gloves, branded towels, water bottles and T-Shirts which will be giving to the best shot stopper of the month for the 2024/25 campaign that kicks off on Friday, September 6, 2024.
Emmanuel Kobi of Bofoakwa Tano, Benjamin Asare of Great Olympics, Berekum Chelsea’s Obeng Sekyere Gregory, Asante Kotoko’s Fredrick Asare, Abdul Ganiu Mohammed of Karela United, Andrews Owusu of Accra Lions and Lawrence Ansah of Heart of Lions were winners of the 2023/24 Goalkeeper of the month award last season.
The items were delivered by former Accra Hearts of Oak and Black Stars goalkeeper James Nanor and received by Director of Communications, Henry Asante Twum and Data Statistician Mohammed Shaban on behalf of the Ghana Football Association.
The goalkeeper of the month award celebrates and rewards top performing goalkeepers in the Ghana Premier League.
