The National Under-17 side, the Black Starlets, will take on Burkina Faso in the first semi-final game of the WAFU Zone B Under-17 Championship on Saturday.

The game will be played at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium at 17:00GMT.

Ghana topped Group A with 6 points, scoring 7 goals in the process and conceding just one.

Burkina Faso on Thursday fought tooth-and-nail to beat Niger by a lone goal to set up the clash with Ghana’s Black Starlets.

The other semi-final game of the day will be between Nigeria and Coté D’Ivoire at 20:00GMT, same day at the same venue.

Winners in the semi-final games will not only qualify for the final but will also qualify for the Under-17 AFCON Tournament to be played next year.
