All You Need to Know about NASCO and Ex-Goalkeepers Award in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League

Former Medeama SC Coach Nebojsa Kapor won the first coach of the month award in the Ghana Premier League. In September 2024, his side remained unbeaten in the league, but he has since been replaced by former Accra Lions head coach, Tanko Ibrahim. Current league leaders, Gold Stars' head coach Frimpong Manso, was also named October coach of the month. Bashir Hayford of Heart of Lions won in November when his side topped the table. Asante Kotoko went unbeaten in December and January, with their head coach, Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum, winning the award.

NASCO PLAYER OF THE MONTH

Aduana FC forward Emmanuel Marfo was the first player to win the NASCO player of the month award after an impressive performance in September. Albert Amoah, who signed for Asante Kotoko from Great Olympics, also won the October player of the month award. In-form Nations FC winger and current top scorer, Faisal Charwetey, was named the best player in November. Hearts of Oak attacker Mawuli Wayo won the December and January awards with incredible performances.

GOALKEEPER OF THE MONTH

Medeama SC shot-stopper Appiah Kubi was adjudged the best keeper in September 2024 by the Ex-Goalkeeper's Union. Gold Stars goalkeeper Emmanuel Kobi won in October, while Heart of Lions' Lawrence Ansah was impressive in November. Asante Kotoko's Guinea shot-stopper, Mohamed Camara, is the current award winner, having been named the best goalkeeper for December and January.

GOAL OF THE MONTH

Legon Cities' Dennis Adoma's goal against Gold Stars in Bibiani was adjudged the goal of the month in September. Young Apostles forward Samuel Prempeh's bicycle kick goal against Hearts of Oak won the October goal of the month. Bechem United midfielder Kofi Tompuo scored an incredible long-range goal against Asante Kotoko in November, and Mawuli Wayo of Hearts of Oak also won the December and January goal of the month.
