Emmanuel Clottey has arrived in Nairobi where the Black Stars are preparing ahead of their 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Congo.
The Berekum Chelsea striker alongside Greece-based Bernard Yao Kumordzi and other local members of the squad, Sammy Adjei, Nathaniel Asamoah and Ernest Sowah and flew out on Monday, a day after Goran Stevanovic had departed the country with his technical team.
Clottey was put on stand-by the Ghana coach after the 24-man squad was announced but with doubts over the fitness of Sulley Muntari, the Berekum Chelsea has joined the squad.
Muntari limped off with a calf injury after just 19 minutes for Sunderland in Sunday's 2-0 home defeat by Liverpool in the Premier League.
Stevanovic will hold his first training session today with a full house expected.
Kwadwo Asamoah, Emmanuel Agyeman-Badu and Samuel Inkoom were the first set of players to arrive on Monday.
Ghana top Group I on goal difference ahead of Sudan and would be going into its third game in the qualifying campaign in Brazzaville against Congo in Stevanovic's first official game in charge.
