CMS training for RFAs starts in the Ashanti Region

The nationwide Competitions Management System (CMS) training which officially begun in the Eastern Region on October 1, 2024, has reached the Ashanti Region. m

Organised by the Association, the training is aimed at enhancing the skills of key stakeholders involved in regional football competitions.

Led by Mr. Francis Adu Essah, the IT Director of the GFA, the program brings together IT officers from the Ashanti Regional Football Association (ARFA), referees and match commissioners.

Second division clubs from two selected zones will also be part of the exercise.

The training started today, October 5, 2024 and expected to end on Monday October 7, 2024.

The focus of the training is to introduce participants to the new upgrades made to the CMS and to ensure smooth management of football competitions.

Key areas of focus include tracking cautions, expulsions, and monitoring key statistics for players and match officials.

This initiative is expected to significantly improve the operational efficiency of the competitions in the region.
