Central Region holds the third position with 1 point, while Upper West and Volta Region are in the fourth and fifth positions, respectively, both without any points.

According to the tournament rules, penalty shootouts are engaged in after a draw game. The winner of the shootout is awarded 2 points, while the losing team receives 1 point.
